Jabari Crowder, an Atlanta Georgia native, is a filmmaker who focuses his films on real-life stories and situations. His first film “Fakin” was just a practice project which turned out to be an independent hit nationwide. Since then, he has written, produced, directed, and distributed several other projects capturing the attention of some Hollywood Gatekeepers.

For the last few years, he has used his own time and money to give back to the community that he knows well as he used to be in and out of the judicial system most of his life. While serving time in prison Jabari convinced the Warden to let him start a photography class. Mr. Crowder became head of operations for this and taught many prisoners how to take quality photos in and around the prison as well as the visiting room.

Filmmaking changed his life. Even the community (UNCC) awarded him with the “Resurgence award” in Atlanta city hall. He has been collecting several others since. And the blessings keep getting bigger. After working with so many other charities in Atlanta he decided to start his own (LOVIZIONZ MEDIA CENTRE INC) whose main focus is to help other aspiring filmmakers and content creators become successful. Along with programs like “Re-Entry job skill training”, “A need to feed” “School drives and giveaways” Jabari will take his rare media-based nonprofit organization to a level that no nonprofit has been before.
